The Info Inverse Service is not a consumer reporting agency, and the information provided through our services is not intended to be used as a factor in establishing a person's eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
We do not provide private investigator services or consumer reports, as those terms are defined under the FCRA. 3.3. Unlimited Reports: The subscription to The Info Inverse Service includes unlimited access to reports during the active subscription period. Users with an active subscription can perform an unlimited number of searches and view the corresponding reports for the desired lookups. The subscription grants users continuous access to the service and its features, subject to compliance with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
3.4. Enhanced Reports and One-off Payments: The Info Inverse Service offers additional enhanced reports as an upsell to users. These enhanced reports provide additional details and in-depth information beyond the standard reports included in the subscription. Users have the option to purchase these enhanced reports as one-off payments, separate from their subscription. The pricing and availability of enhanced reports may vary and will be clearly presented to users prior to making any payment.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Payment Authorization: By providing your payment information and subscribing to the Service, you authorize The Info Inverse to charge the designated payment method for the subscription fees and any applicable taxes or additional charges.
4.2. Subscription Fees: The subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in this Agreement or required by applicable law. The fees may be subject to change, and any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
4.3. Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration as the original subscription term. The renewal will be charged at the then-current subscription fee unless otherwise notified.
4.4. Payment Methods: The Info Inverse accepts various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information.
4.5. Billing Information: You agree to maintain accurate billing information in your account profile. If your payment method fails or becomes invalid, you may be unable to access the Service until the payment issue is resolved.
5. Trial Period
5.1. The Info Inverse may offer a trial period for new subscribers. The duration and conditions of the trial period will be clearly stated during the registration process.
5.2. If you choose to start a trial of the Service, you will be required to provide your payment information.
5.3. Trials are limited to one per person or household. The Reverse Lookup reserves the right to revoke or modify trial offers at any time without prior notice.
5.4. The Info Inverse offers a trial period for new users at a charge of $0.99 for a duration of 3 days. During this trial period, users will have access to all features and functionalities of the Service. By subscribing to the trial, you agree to the terms and conditions of the trial and understand that it is a charged trial period.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
6.1. Cancellation Policy: You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation instructions provided in your account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellation requests should be made before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
6.2. No Refunds: Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable, including in cases of early cancellation or unused portions of the subscription term.
7. Taxes and Additional Charges
7.1. Taxes: The subscription fees may be subject to applicable taxes, such as sales tax, value-added tax, or goods and services tax. The Info Inverse will collect and remit such taxes as required by law.
7.2. Additional Charges: Depending on your subscription plan and usage, additional charges may apply for certain features, premium services, or data usage. These charges will be clearly communicated to you before you incur them.
8. Account Termination for Non-payment
8.1. The Info Inverse reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service in cases of non-payment, violation of this Agreement, or fraudulent activity.
8.2. Upon account termination, you may lose access to all data, information, and features associated with your account. The Reverse Lookup is not responsible for any loss of data resulting from account termination.
9. Changes to Fees and Subscription Plans
9.1. The Info Inverse may modify the subscription fees or subscription plans at any time, provided that any changes will be communicated to you in advance. If you do not agree to the modified fees or plans, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
9.2. By continuing to use the Service after the fee or plan modifications, you accept and agree to the updated terms.
10. Disputes and Chargebacks
10.1. Dispute Resolution regarding charges: If you have any questions or concerns regarding billing or fees, please contact The Info Inverse's customer support. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve your concerns in a timely manner.
10.2. Chargebacks: In cases of fraudulent or unauthorized charges, you should contact your payment provider or bank to initiate a chargeback. However, chargebacks initiated without valid reason may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
11.1. Ownership: The Service, including all intellectual property rights, is owned by The Info Inverse. You acknowledge that the Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.

Feedback: If you provide any suggestions, feedback, or ideas regarding the Service ("Feedback"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Feedback throughout the world in any media.

15. Limitation of Liability
15.1. Exclusion of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

- (a) PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOST PROFITS, COST OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
- (b) DIRECT DAMAGES IN AMOUNTS THAT IN THE AGGREGATE EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE Info Inverse SERVICE.
THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS WILL APPLY WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARISE OUT OF BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE OR The Info Inverse WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SO SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
15.3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE Info Inverse SERVICE IS PROVIDED TO END USERS "AS IS" AND WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE Info Inverse, ON ITS OWN BEHALF AND ON BEHALF OF ITS AFFILIATES AND ITS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE LICENSORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS, EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO THE Info Inverse SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES THAT MAY ARISE OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE, OR TRADE PRACTICE. WITHOUT LIMITATION TO THE FOREGOING, THE Info Inverse PROVIDES NO WARRANTY OR UNDERTAKING, AND MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND THAT THE Info Inverse SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, ACHIEVE ANY INTENDED RESULTS, BE COMPATIBLE, OR WORK WITH ANY OTHER SOFTWARE, APPLICATIONS, SYSTEMS, OR SERVICES, OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, MEET ANY PERFORMANCE OR RELIABILITY STANDARDS, OR BE ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS CAN OR WILL BE CORRECTED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF OR LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATIONS ON THE APPLICABLE STATUTORY RIGHTS OF A CONSUMER, SO SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold The Info Inverse, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, claims, actions, judgments, settlements, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising from or relating to your use or misuse of the Info Inverse Service or your breach of this Agreement, including but not limited to the content you submit or make available through the Info Inverse Service. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims or demands made by any third party due to or arising out of your violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or rights of any third party. You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any such claim. The Info Inverse reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you shall not in any event settle any matter without the prior written consent of The Info Inverse.

17.1 License Grant
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, The Info Inverse grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to:
- (a) download, install, and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use on a single device owned or otherwise controlled by you ("Device") strictly in accordance with the Service's documentation;
- (b) access and use the features and services made available in or otherwise accessible through the Service, strictly in accordance with this Agreement and any applicable terms and conditions.
17.2. License Restrictions
You shall not:
- (a) copy the Service, except as expressly permitted by this license;
- (b) modify, translate, adapt, or otherwise create derivative works or improvements of the Service;
- (c) reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of the Service or any part thereof;
- (d) remove, delete, alter, or obscure any trademarks or any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights notices from the Service, including any copy thereof;
- (e) rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, or otherwise make available the Service or any features or functionality of the Service to any third party;
- (f) remove, disable, circumvent, or otherwise create or implement any workaround to any copy protection, rights management, or security features in or protecting the Service;
- (g) use the Service in, or in association with, the design, construction, maintenance, or operation of any hazardous environments or systems.
17.3. Account Registration
In order to use the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You may be required to provide an email address or phone number to validate your account. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this EULA, do not create an account and refrain from using the Service.
17.4. Ownership
The Info Inverse retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights therein. This EULA does not convey to you any rights of ownership in or related to the Service.
17.5. Support and Updates
The Info Inverse may provide updates, bug fixes, or other support for the Service at its sole discretion. You agree to receive such updates and to permit The Info Inverse to deliver these to you as part of your use of the Service.
17.6. Termination of License Agreement
This EULA is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this EULA by deleting the Service from your Device and discontinuing any further use. The Info Inverse may terminate this EULA at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and delete it from your Device.
BY USE OF THE Info Inverse SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO OUR MANDATORY ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES PROVISION THAT GENERALLY REQUIRES THE USE OF ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES, RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS OR CLASS ACTIONS, AND ALSO LIMITS THE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO YOU IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE. You acknowledge and agree that all claims, disputes or controversies between You and The Info Inverse Service (including against any of our employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, predecessors, successors, or assigns) relating to the Service, the website, the content, related services and materials, any related transaction or relationship, and/or your information, including, without limitation, tort and contract claims, claims based upon any federal, state or local statute, law, order, ordinance or regulation, the issue of arbitrability, shall be resolved by the final and binding arbitration procedures set forth below. You further acknowledge and agree that any such claims shall be brought solely in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, representative proceeding, or private attorney general capacity. Similarly, you agree that any controversy concerning whether a dispute is arbitrable shall be determined by the arbitrator and not by a court, and the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. You voluntarily and knowingly waive any right to a jury trial.
BY AGREEING TO THIS AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE GIVING UP YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT AND YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. In arbitration, disputes are resolved by neutral arbitrators, rather than by a judge or jury. Arbitration is more informal than a court trial; however, an arbitrator can award relief. Separate and apart from the agreement to arbitrate set forth above, You hereby waive any right to bring or participate in any class action in any way related to, or arising from, these Terms or the matters that they describe. You acknowledge that this class action waiver is material and essential to the arbitration of any disputes You may have and is non-severable from this agreement to arbitrate claims.
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT BY AGREEING TO THIS AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE, WHICH CONTAINS THIS CLASS ACTION LITIGATION AND CLASS ARBITRATION WAIVER, YOU MAY ONLY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE Info Inverse SERVICE, OUR AGENTS, OFFICERS, SHAREHOLDERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PREDECESSORS IN INTEREST, SUCCESSORS AND/OR ASSIGNS IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER, YOU MUST TELL US IN WRITING AND NOT USE THE Info Inverse SERVICE OR OUR SERVICES.
